What is this?

Cooper Tire customers who provided an email address on their Cooper Tire Official Mail-In Rebate Offer Form receive an email containing a rebate ID, which can also be used to check rebate status.

If you did not provide an email address on your Cooper Tire Official Mail-In Rebate Offer Form, please use your last name, first name and ZIP code to check your rebate status.
